Job Description:

  • Company management on development strategy, HR development strategy, company organization description and positions description.
  • Optimize work procedures and management for Admin department.
  • Daily admin work arrangement, office management and company assets management.
  • Monthly, Quarterly and yearly work plan and summary for Admin department.
  • In charge of the organization and reception work for any important activity.
  • In charge of recruiting work, and all the summary work for HR activities- Training, work reports and performance review.
  • In charge of employee benefit management, company gifts management and team building organization.
  • In charge of company culture development and propaganda.
