Efficient plug and perf operations are vital for maximizing completion efficiency. However, Running In Hole (RIH) challenges, such as casing deformation and plug presets, frequently hinder progress, resulting in costly delays and remedial actions.

What Challenges Are We Tackling? 

· Downhole Restriction: Encountering challenges with plug and perf BHA getting stuck can lead to breaking wireline and fishing operations, resulting in significant challenges and accumulating costs.

· Post Frac Intervention: After we've done the fracking, milling and circulating plug debris out of the well can become increasingly difficult because the laterals are getting longer, often result in extended coil trips and increase the risk of buckling, and lock-up, casing deformation makes it worse.

· Lost Production: Sometimes, Operators have to give up on certain stages of the operation due to severe casing deformation, which means not getting the most out of the well and losing on production.

How Are We Making Things Better?

· Being Slim: Our plugs are designed to pass through tight spaces, so they don't get stuck like standard-sized plugs, this elimination of issues such as stuck BHA, breaking wireline, or fishing operations, results in decreased downtime and costs, which also facilitates continuity in operations according to schedule.

· Dissolving Away: They're made to dissolve after frack is completed, which means we can clean out the well faster. As they dissolve downhole, minimal residue flows back to the surface during the cleanout run, eliminating the necessity for short trips and further reducing coil time and costs.

· Achieve Full Production: Rather than abandoning problematic stages, our solutions empower operators to unlock the full production potential of their completions by accessing previously unreachable stages affected by casing deformation.
