Minimum Degree:

Bachelor degree or above


Work Experience:

More than 5 years


Job Description:

· Company management on development strategy, HR development strategy, company organization description and positions description.

· Optimize work procedures and management for Admin department;

· Daily admin work arrangement, office management and company assets management;

· Monthly, Quarterly and yearly work plan and summary for Admin department;

· In charge of the organization and reception work for any important activity;

· In charge of recruiting work, and all the summary work for HR activities- Training, work reports and performance review;

· In charge of employee benefit management, company gifts management and team building organization;

· In charge of company culture development and propaganda.
