International Application Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Site Implementation & O&M: In accordance with operation manuals and relevant specifications, responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Company's proprietary intelligent fluid monitoring system at overseas project sites, ensuring the system operates continuously and stably under field conditions;

2. Operations Monitoring & Data Analysis: Continuously monitor system operating status, collect and analyze operational data, identify anomalies in a timely manner and provide feedback to support on-site decision-making and technical optimization;

3. Front-line Technical Support & Emergency Response: As front-line on-site technical support, quickly respond to system-related technical issues, perform preliminary troubleshooting, diagnosis and emergency handling, and collaborate with the back-end technical team to resolve complex problems;

4. Customer Communication & Training: Maintain daily technical communication with overseas project teams and customer operators, provide on-site application support, operation guidance and necessary system training to enhance customer experience;

5. Product Optimization Feedback: Collect customer feedback during on-site application and assist in driving continuous optimization of the product at the functional and application levels;

6. Sales & Project Collaboration: Support the sales team in technical exchanges, project management and contract execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Major: College degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines.

2. Industry & Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in oil and gas or industrial field equipment-related work. Experience in field technical support, equipment engineering, or application engineering is preferred.

3. Professional Skills: Able to quickly understand company product principles, system architecture, and operating procedures, and independently complete equipment installation, commissioning, operation, and basic maintenance.

4. General Skills: Fluent English and able to use English as a working language, communicate with overseas customers, and accurately understand English operating manuals, technical documents, and field instructions.

5. Core Competencies: Strong learning ability, good communication and teamwork skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

6. Other Requirements: Able to adapt to overseas project sites, physically demanding field work, and irregular working arrangements.
