Vertechs iRCD is an all-electric intelligent RCD solution for MPD and UBD. As oil and gas exploration advances into deep-sea, deep-earth, high-pressure, and unconventional reservoirs, traditional RCDs face increasing challenges in deployment, operation, and maintenance. iRCD features a non-decoupled electric locking mechanism to prevent wear from installation misalignment, and a high-pressure-resistant, self-lubricating dynamic seal assembly, eliminating the need for external hydraulic cooling.
