Group Finance Director

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Strategy: Participate in group strategic planning and major business decisions, formulate financial strategy and implementation path aligned with business development;

2. Financial System Building: Establish and improve the group's budgeting, accounting, management analysis, cost, treasury, tax and internal control systems to enhance financial control and business enablement;

3. Group Finance Coordination: Coordinate financial management of the group and subsidiaries, drive standardization of systems, processes and data, and strengthen financial risk warning and compliance management;

4. Overseas Finance Management: Responsible for overseas business financial management, coordinate overseas company financial governance, cross-border treasury, tax planning and international business compliance;

5. Capital & Equity Management: Participate in capital planning and equity management, support equity structure optimization, investment and financing, and employee equity incentive plan design and implementation;

6. Team & Digitalization Building: Responsible for finance team building and digital capability improvement, building a professional and efficient group finance organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Financial Management, or related disciplines.

2. Industry & Work Experience:

2.1 At least 10 years of finance management experience in oil and gas, energy, or manufacturing companies, with experience as a finance head at group, multi-business, or business unit level;

2.2 Experience in overseas financial management, with familiarity with cross-border operations, overseas company governance, and international tax and financial compliance.

3. Professional Skills: Comprehensive capabilities in financial strategy, group finance system development, business analysis, treasury and tax management, internal controls, and risk management.

4. Core Competencies: Strong strategic perspective, business partnering mindset, organizational leadership, and complex problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to support group value creation from a business perspective.

5. Other Requirements: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
