Senior Application Engineer

Chengdu, China

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Field Service & Application Support: Participate in field service, technical support and application assurance for relevant products and solutions in actual operating scenarios;

2.On-site Implementation & Issue Handling: Support on-site implementation, operation follow-up, technical communication and issue handling around the product line's core products;

3.Application Validation & Feedback Optimization: Work closely with sales, product, R&D and delivery teams to drive application validation, feedback collection and continuous optimization at customer sites;

4.Complex-condition Analysis & Solution Support: Provide application analysis and solution support under complex operating conditions to improve product adaptability and stability across different operating scenarios;

5.Experience Accumulation & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to field experience accumulation, technical documentation improvement, application case summaries and internal knowledge sharing to strengthen product application capability;

6.Customer Site Collaboration: Work closely with customer field teams to enhance product implementation depth and professional reputation in actual business scenarios.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Industry & Work Experience: Experience in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Measurement and Control, field services, or related industries is preferred.

2. Professional Skills:

2.1 Strong engineering fundamentals, with the ability to understand the relationship between product principles, field operating conditions, and practical applications;

2.2 Strong customer communication, field response, and problem analysis capabilities, with the ability to maintain professional judgment in complex situations.

3. Core Competencies:

3.1 Strong interest in petroleum engineering field services, application support, and technical problem-solving, with a strong sense of responsibility;

3.2 Willingness to work closely with field operations, understand practical conditions, accumulate experience, and continuously improve product application value.
