Mechanical Product Development Engineer

LOCATION
Chengdu, China

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. R&D & Design: Responsible for the R&D of electromechanical monitoring equipment and systems, including solution design, mechanical/electrical design, drawing release, machining follow-up, component selection, debugging, and testing;

2. Issue Resolution: Lead, guide, and coordinate the resolution of issues arising during product manufacturing, testing, and application;

3. Technology Intelligence: Collect and research information on new products and technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, or related disciplines.

2. Industry & Work Experience:

2.1 At least 3 years of product or project R&D experience;

2.2 Experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or in the machine vision industry is preferred.

3. Professional Skills: Proficient in relevant professional knowledge and skills, commonly used design software, and AI tools.

4. Core Competencies: Strong cross-disciplinary thinking and integration, problem analysis and solving, rapid learning, communication and coordination, innovation, and teamwork capabilities.
