Product Line Operations Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operation System Building: Responsible for the building and management of the product line operation system, establish a business-centered operation mechanism to improve business support and execution efficiency;

2. Commercial & Contract Management: Coordinate product line project bidding, commercial quotation and contract management, and perform business risk identification and key clause control;

3. Order Execution & Coordination: Responsible for product line order execution, project commercial support and logistics coordination, and promote smooth linkage of contract, delivery and settlement stages;

4. Business Data Analysis: Collaborate with the product line head to advance business opportunities and key items, conduct business data analysis and support management decisions;

5. Functional Resource Collaboration: Coordinate functional resources such as finance and HR administration to support budget execution, cost management, staffing and daily operation guarantee of the product line;

6. Cross-department Collaboration & Team Building: Establish cross-department collaboration mechanisms and be responsible for operation team building, driving R&D-production-sales integration and efficient functional resource coordination.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Petroleum Engineering, or related disciplines are preferred.

2. Industry & Work Experience:

2.1 At least 8 years of commercial operations experience in oilfield services, energy equipment, or industrial products, with operations management experience in a product line, business division, or business unit;

2.2 Experience supporting overseas businesses or international operations, with familiarity with international commercial collaboration scenarios.

3. Professional Skills:

3.1 Familiarity with tendering, commercial quotations, contract management, order execution, logistics coordination, and project support processes, with strong commercial management and risk identification capabilities;

3.2 Strong business understanding and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to integrate functional resources and drive implementation of business matters.

4. General Skills: Ability to use English as a working language is preferred.

5. Core Competencies: Strong organizational coordination, teamwork, and execution capabilities.
