Vertechs REALology Intelligent Drilling Fluids Monitoring System (REALologyDR) transforms fluid management into a more active, data-driven workflow through 24/7 continuous real-time monitoring of key drilling fluid performance parameters. Field applications show that anomaly response time can be reduced by 95%–99%, to just 30–90 seconds. The system also reduces the frequency of shaker screen overflow incidents by 78% and the frequency of manual interventions by more than 90%.
