Senior R&D Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in in-depth business requirement analysis, explore new technologies and solutions aligned with business needs based on industry trends, and conduct technical research and prototype validation.

2. Lead the design of core technical solutions, take ownership of critical technical challenges, and ensure the advancement, feasibility, and scalability of technical solutions.

3. Conduct foundational technology research and capability building, track frontier technology trends, and drive the conversion and implementation of technical outcomes.

4. Prepare technical research reports and solution documents, participate in technical reviews, standardize R&D processes, and ensure development quality.

5. Work closely with development, product, and sales teams to convert R&D outcomes into practical technical solutions, and support solution implementation and technical issue resolution.

6. Continuously improve existing architecture, R&D processes, and critical technical capability in line with business needs and technology evolution.

7. Participate in technical team building, share R&D experience and technical outcomes, and enhance the team’s overall R&D capability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, computer networks, and operating systems, with proven experience in technical research, solution design, and outcome conversion.

2. Familiarity with at least one mainstream programming language and its framework, with the ability to independently conduct technical research and solution design.

3. Familiarity with commonly used databases, with strong capability in technical problem-solving and innovation.

4. Strong logical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving capability, with the ability to independently handle complex technical challenges.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional technical collaboration efficiently.

6. Strong learning ability, innovative mindset, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.
