Solution Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead technical engagements with clients to uncover AI-driven value propositions in oil & gas engineering scenarios, align customer needs with company capabilities, and drive commercial project closure;

2. Develop high-impact technical collateral (whitepapers/solution decks) to articulate AI value in oil & gas contexts, enhancing corporate brand positioning;

3. Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle – from collection and review to delivery of Requirements Analysis Reports – ensuring seamless R&D/delivery team alignment;

4. Propose technology R&D initiatives based on industry insights to expand company’s technical breadth/depth through standardized component development;

5. Orchestrate cross-functional synergy by integrating market intelligence with customer demands, owning technical feasibility validation, and accelerating commercial processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Consultative Facilitation: Facilitate technical communication with state-owned enterprise executives & operational staff to establish credibility instantly;

2. Customer Insights Generation: Identify latent pain points from ambiguous requests, and drive demand articulation & solution implementation;

3. Resource Orchestration & Cross-functional Execution: Orchestrate R&D/Product/Commercial resources, enable high-efficacy collaboration to deliver feasibility validation, and drive R&D initiatives;

4. Industry Awareness: Those with work experience in the digital integration field are preferred, and those with work experience in the oil and gas industry are preferred;

5. Learning Agility & Value Conversion: Rapidly assimilate emerging business intelligence & AI technologies, converting acquisitions into tangible client/product value.
