AI Application Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in building AI applications for internal governance and management needs, including process efficiency improvement, knowledge management, data analysis, information retrieval, and intelligent assistance scenarios across the Group. 

2. Participate in the development, optimization, and implementation of AI tools, intelligent assistants, and related application capabilities in HR, administration, finance, business operations, product management, and other functional management scenarios. 

3. Participate in the intelligent organization, retrieval, and application support of the Group’s internal knowledge bases, policy repositories, process repositories, and business document repositories to improve organizational knowledge accumulation and reuse efficiency. 

4. Explore and implement AI applications in form validation, information extraction, document review, process assistance, business analysis, management dashboards, and daily office collaboration. 

5. Collaborate with business, functional, product, and R&D teams to make AI capabilities more aligned with real management scenarios and organizational operational needs, improving practicality and deployability. 

6. Track AI technology trends and continuously explore more practical and valuable application approaches and optimization paths in line with internal governance and digital-intelligence development directions. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Hands-on experience in deep use of AI models, with the ability to understand how technical capabilities connect with enterprise management scenarios. 

2. Strong interest in the application of AI in internal governance, process management, knowledge management, and business support, with willingness to continue building expertise in these areas. 

3. Strong logical analysis, scenario understanding, and engineering implementation awareness, with the ability to turn AI capabilities from concepts into practical tools. 

4. Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, administration, finance, business operations, and other functional teams so that technical applications truly serve organizational efficiency improvement and management optimization. 

5. Experience in AI applications, enterprise digitalization, process systems, knowledge management, or internal management system development is preferred.
