Senior Application Engineer

LOCATION
Chengdu, China

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in field service, technical support, and application assurance for relevant products and solutions in real operating scenarios.

2. Support on-site implementation, operation follow-up, technical communication, and issue handling around the product line’s core products.

3. Work closely with sales, product, R&D, and delivery teams to drive application validation, feedback collection, and continuous optimization at customer sites.

4. Provide application analysis and solution support under complex operating conditions to improve product adaptability and stability across different job scenarios.

5. Contribute to field experience accumulation, technical documentation improvement, application case summaries, and internal knowledge sharing to strengthen product application capability.

6. Enhance product implementation depth and professional reputation in real business scenarios through close cooperation with customer field teams. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Solid engineering and technical foundation, with the ability to understand the relationship among product principles, field conditions, and practical application.

2. Strong interest in and sense of responsibility for petroleum engineering field service, application support, and technical issue handling.

3. Strong customer communication, on-site response, and problem analysis skills, with the ability to maintain sound judgment in complex situations.

4. Willingness to work on the front line, gain field insight, accumulate experience, and continuously improve product application value.

5. Experience in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, instrumentation and control, field service, or related industries is preferred.
