Senior Development Engineer

LOCATION
Chengdu, China

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in requirement reviews and technical solution confirmation, and complete module development, unit testing, and debugging in line with established technical standards.

2. Take ownership of system performance optimization, issue fixing, and code refactoring to improve system stability, maintainability, and scalability.

3. Analyze and resolve technical bottlenecks and urgent issues, and work with the testing team on issue identification, fixing, and validation to ensure stable system operation.

4. Participate in project reviews and follow engineering standards to continuously improve development quality and execution efficiency.

5. Work with product, testing, and operations teams to support project delivery, and promptly identify and resolve technical and collaboration issues during development.

6. Support the implementation of technical solutions and the conversion and optimization of technical deliverables.

7. Provide technical guidance and share practical experience with the engineering team to support team development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, with familiarity in commonly used databases and basic optimization methods.

2. Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Python, Go, or C++, and its related framework, with end-to-end development experience.

3. Ability to independently complete feature development, issue troubleshooting, and debugging.

4. Strong logical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving capability.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

6. Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
