R&D Directior / Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Define and drive core technology roadmaps, R&D directions, and key development priorities based on the product line’s business focus, product roadmap, and industry trends.

2. Lead technology development, product development, and engineering implementation around the product line’s core products and solution architecture.

3. Oversee requirement analysis, technical solution design, resource coordination, development scheduling, testing, validation, and continuous optimization throughout the R&D process.

4. Work closely with product, application, sales, and field teams to ensure R&D activities are closely aligned with customer scenarios, product applications, and business needs.

5. Contribute to team building, R&D mechanism improvement, technical accumulation, and R&D efficiency enhancement to strengthen the product line’s innovation and product iteration capability.

6. Build an effective collaboration loop among R&D, business, product, and field teams so that technology better supports product competitiveness and market value.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Solid technical background and strong R&D management mindset, with the ability to balance technical depth, product orientation, and organizational collaboration.

2. Ability to build a clear connection among industry scenarios, product requirements, and technical implementation, and drive R&D with strong direction and business value.

3. Strong team leadership, project execution, and problem-solving capability, with sound judgment in complex situations.

4. Good understanding of downhole tools, petroleum engineering-related equipment, drilling and completion fluids, or wellhead pressure control is preferred.

5. Strong recognition of the importance of long-term R&D investment and product competitiveness, with willingness to contribute to the continuous development of core technical capability.
