Vertechs Dissolvable Collet: Enables You to Tackle Challenges in Extended Laterals

Dissolvable plugs frequently encounter the following challenges in extended laterals:

Deployment

Dissolving process is triggered as soon as the plug enters the well:

• Longer pump down time

• Longer exposure

• Longer idle time

• Higher risk of failure

Isolation

Critical components may be affected by long exposure during pump down, resulting in unreliable anchoring and isolation.

Dissolving

Some plugs are designed to slow down dissolution for pump down and fracking, but it also leads to problems for post-frac intervention.

Vertechs has developed the WIZARD ZERO Large-Bore Dissolvable Collet, designed for both high and low temperature applications and capable of withstanding pressures up to 10,000 psi, to address the inherent challenges of traditional dissolvable plugs. After stimulation is completed, the well can be immediately flowed back through the ZERO's large inner diameter (ID), preventing downhole debris or sand from accumulating. This design eliminates the need for clean-out runs, significantly reducing intervention costs:

• Fast pump down

• Isolation enhancing mechanism

• Adaptability for different well conditions

• Predictable dissolution
