Job Responsibilities

1. Independently complete the operation of CNC machine tools, while part-time learning of the horizontal operation of the machine and to meet the requirements of independent operation and programming (one of the assessment criteria);

2. Responsible for CNC lathe apprentice teaching work;

3. Responsible for optimizing CNC lathe processing technology and production efficiency, fixture design and production;

4. Responsible for CNC machining tool cost optimization;

5. According to the requirements of the production plan, complete the assembly and testing of the product;

6. Strictly control product quality according to the requirements and processes of quality control and measurement Department and processing and manufacturing Department;

7. Keep the site clean, safe and efficient according to 5S management requirements;

8. According to the requirements of system certification, improve the record and management requirements of relevant information;

9. Complete other work assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Engaged in machining industry more than 8 years of experience, under 45 years old;

2. Can skillfully operate CNC lathes, can independently complete programming and operation, use 3D software view;

3. Have technician or senior technician certificate; 

4. Have a very rich experience in teaching and tool optimization experience;

5. Good at optimizing processing technology and fixture design;

6. Mechanical assembly, fitters and other processes have a certain understanding or experience;

7. Have a strong quality control awareness and experience;

8. Have good communication skills, learning ability and execution.
