Job Responsibilities

1. Align with the company's strategy and, on the premise of complying with local laws and regulations, build an overseas human resources management system. This system encompasses, but is not restricted to, institutional building, recruitment and training management, etc;

2. Pay attention to collecting, sorting and timely feedback of overseas human resources related policy data information and reports, and improve the data reserve of the information database;

3. Integrate the company's strategy and the group's human resources system to carry out the daily human resources management work of the local team. This includes, but is not limited to, collaborating and communicating with suppliers, calculating attendance and compensation, etc;

4. Other tasks assigned by the leader.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources or business administration is preferred. Have more than 5 years of working experience in human resources, and more than 3 years of overseas human resources related work experience;

2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Priority is given to those who can use English as the working language;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills and affinity;

4. Strong self-motivation, able to adapt to overseas business trips, strong sense of responsibility, stable mood, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company's rapid development;

5. Having a strong ability to withstand pressure, as well as relatively outstanding organizational and coordinating abilities and insight.
