Job Responsibilities

1. According to the operation manual and relevant specifications, be responsible for the precise installation, fine - tuning, and daily stable operation of the company's self - developed intelligent drilling fluid monitoring system at overseas project sites, ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of the equipment in complex overseas operating environments;

2. Use professional skills to conduct real - time and comprehensive monitoring of the system operation status, efficiently collect and deeply analyze the data generated by the system, keenly detect any abnormal situations, and report them to superiors and relevant departments in a timely and accurate manner, providing detailed and reliable data basis for subsequent decisions;

3. In the face of various technical problems during the system operation, respond quickly, conduct fault diagnosis and preliminary troubleshooting based on rich experience and solid operation skills, and take effective emergency measures in a timely manner to ensure the normal progress of the project. For complex problems that cannot be solved on - site, record them in detail and feedback to the technical support team in a timely manner;

4. Maintain close and smooth communication with local overseas project team members and customer operators, actively cooperate, and timely and clearly feedback the system operation status and problem - solving progress. Provide professional and practical technical advice and on - site operation support to customers based on practical operation experience;

5. Be responsible for training and guiding new employees or unskilled operators onsite in system operation. Through demonstration operations and case explanations, improve their operational proficiency and maintenance awareness of the equipment, ensuring that they can use the system proficiently, correctly, and safely; 

6. During daily operations, actively collect customer feedback on the product's operation convenience and functional practicality, and timely report it to superiors and relevant departments. Assist in the product optimization and improvement work to continuously adapt the product to the actual operation requirements of overseas sites. 


Job Requirements

1. A junior college degree or above is required, and candidates with relevant majors such as petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, and automation are preferred;

2. With more than 3 years of on - site operation experience in the oil industry. Candidates with a background as a mud engineer or equipment engineer are preferred. Be familiar with the on - site operation processes and maintenance key points of drilling fluid monitoring systems or related equipment, and be able to proficiently operate various drilling fluid monitoring equipment;

3. Fluent in English, able to communicate with overseas colleagues and customers in daily work. Be able to understand English operation manuals, technical instructions, and other materials to ensure accurate understanding and execution of relevant operation instructions;

4. Have strong practical skills and practical operation experience, be able to proficiently install, debug, and operate equipment daily, and have a certain ability to judge and handle common equipment failures to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

5. Have a good spirit of teamwork and communication skills, be proactive at work, and be able to get along harmoniously and cooperate effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds to jointly complete on - site operation tasks;

6. Be serious and responsible at work and endure hardships, have a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and be able to adapt to the harsh working environment, complex working conditions, and irregular work arrangements at overseas sites.
