Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the research and development of electromechanical products, including but not limited to scheme design, mechanical design (or electrical design), drawing production and processing follow - up, selection of outsourced parts, debugging, testing, etc;

2. Lead, guide, and coordinate to solve problems that occur during the production, testing, and application of products;

3. Collaborate with other professional groups in the company to solve technical problems related to design and research and development;

4. Collect materials and information on new products and new technologies.

Job Requirements

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electromechanics, electrical engineering, automation or other related majors. Have 5 years or more of experience in product (project) research and development. Those with project management and team management experience are preferred;

2. Meet the professional ability requirements in the electromechanical or electrical direction (either one is sufficient): 

a. Electromechanical direction: Proficient in using 3D design software, familiar with the selection of common mechanical standard parts, and have an understanding of common materials, surface treatment, and heat treatment knowledge;

b. Electrical direction: Proficient in using electrical design software, familiar with the selection of common electrical components, common PLC hardware, and industrial automation instrument selection, and have an understanding of industrial bus applications;

3. Possess the ability of cross - professional thinking and integration, problem analysis and solving ability, rapid learning ability, communication and coordination ability; 

4. strong sense of innovation and teamwork spirit.Those with working experience in the robotics, electromechanical complete sets, and automation industries are preferred.
