Job Responsibilities

1. Thoroughly understand the technical characteristics, functional advantages, and application scenarios of the company's self - developed intelligent drilling fluid monitoring system. Develop precise sales strategies for the overseas oil industry market, explore new customer resources, and maintain and strengthen cooperative relationships with existing customers;

2. Provide professional technical consulting services to overseas customers, answer their technical questions about the product, and offer personalized product solutions based on their needs, helping customers improve the efficiency and quality of drilling fluid monitoring;

3. Be responsible for organizing and carrying out market promotion activities such as product demonstration meetings and technical seminars. Showcase the product's functions and advantages to overseas customers and partners, and enhance the company's product visibility and influence in the overseas market;

4. Maintain close communication with local overseas project teams, customers, and internal R & D, after - sales and other departments. Timely feedback customer needs, market trends, and information on competing products, and assist the company in optimizing product performance and improving product functions to better adapt to market competition;

5. Be responsible for the negotiation, signing, and execution of overseas sales contracts. Follow up on the order delivery progress, ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and with high quality, coordinate and solve technical and commercial problems during the delivery process, and guarantee customer satisfaction;

6. Assist the after - sales team in providing technical support to overseas customers, participate in on - site customer training, help customers master the correct usage methods and basic maintenance skills of the product, and enhance customer recognition and loyalty to the product.


Job Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree or above is required, and candidates with relevant majors such as petroleum engineering, automation, and instrumentation are preferred;

2. With more than 2 years of sales experience in the oil industry. Candidates with a background as a mud engineer or equipment engineer are preferred. Those who are familiar with the market of drilling fluid monitoring systems or related equipment and have extensive customer resources are more competitive;

3. Fluent in English, able to communicate with overseas customers without barriers. Proficient in reading and writing English business emails and technical documents, with excellent oral and written English communication skills;

4. Have solid professional knowledge, a deep understanding of drilling fluid monitoring technology, and be able to provide professional technical solutions to customers. At the same time, possess strong market analysis and development capabilities, and be able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs;

5. Have a good spirit of teamwork and communication and coordination skills, and be able to cooperate effectively with people from different departments and cultural backgrounds to jointly promote the smooth progress of sales projects;

6. Be proactive at work, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness. Have strong stress resistance, be able to adapt to overseas business trips and irregular work arrangements, and be brave enough to challenge sales targets and achieve performance tasks.
