Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in engineering, economics and trade, or management majors. Engineering majors are preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of work experience, with 3 years or more of experience in managerial or higher positions; those with engineering or technical work experience are preferred.
3. Hold qualifications such as Bid Manager, Economist, Construction Engineer, PMP, or other official and authoritative organization-issued certificates. Those with more certificates are preferred.
4. Familiar with tendering affairs, and able to organize and prepare tender documents proficiently. Those with international tendering capabilities are preferred.
5. Familiar with contract management affairs, able to prepare and review various contracts proficiently, identify and control contract risks. Have good negotiation skills and can organize and conduct negotiations proficiently.
6. Familiar with project management, and able to organize and conduct project management proficiently. Those with experience in large and complex projects are preferred.
7. Have good English proficiency, able to read and write English documents (emails, contracts, etc.) proficiently, and can engage in basic English verbal communication; those with good Arabic language skills are preferred.
8. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, work meticulously and can withstand relatively high work pressure.
9. Have a good team cooperation spirit and can establish good cooperative relationships with personnel from different departments.
10. Have strong learning ability and innovation awareness, able to adapt quickly to market changes and the company's business development needs.
11. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to use Excel proficiently for business data statistics and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for tendering support, including participating in the formulation of bidding plans, and preparing the commercial bid section of tender documents, such as compiling qualification documents and responding to commercial terms.
2. Responsible for external pricing. External pricing work includes background investigation, commercial negotiations, price and profit calculations, and document preparation.
3. Responsible for sales contract management, including contract drafting, review, signing, tracking execution, handling contract changes, defaults, settlement and collection, etc.
4. Responsible for customer management, including due diligence, risk control, and tracking management; customer-qualified supplier access: customer analysis, access application, access document preparation, access inspection, tracking management, access account management, and company CRM system management, etc.
5. Organize cross-departmental meetings and coordinate the resolution of relevant issues in cross-departmental cooperation.
6. Responsible for the formulation and improvement of the company's commercial management systems, and standard documents (and contracts), and provide reasonable suggestions.
7. Prepare and analyze various business reports as required by the company.
8. Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.
