Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of experience in technical sales or after-sales support within the software industry.

3. Experience in the oil and energy industry is preferred.

4. Strong customer communication and adaptability skills, with excellent technical report writing and project presentation abilities.

5. Intermediate or senior engineering titles are preferred.

6. Good English reading and writing skills are a plus.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide timely updates on project completion status, operational conditions, progress, and relevant information, ensuring proper documentation.

2. Address complex issues on-site and perform field operations as necessary.

3. Prepare technical communication materials and proposals, and conduct independent technical discussions.

4. Monitor the R&D progress of assigned projects, reporting any deviations from expectations promptly to supervisors.

5. Stay updated on product market dynamics and competitor activities, offering constructive suggestions for product improvements.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
