Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Manufacturing/Design or related fields.

2. Proficient in job-related software; Familiar with common materials, surface treatment, and heat treatment; Experience in selecting standard mechanical components.

3. 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design industry.

4. Strong execution, communication, coordination, problem analysis and solving skills; Demonstrates innovative consciousness, cost consciousness, and teamwork. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for product design, drafting, testing, and output based on company development standards and PLM processes.

2. Analyze and resolve issues that arise during production, testing, and application of products.

3. Collaborate to promote standardization throughout the product lifecycle and ensure product quality.
