Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of experience in the oil and energy industry; experience in multinational companies is preferred.

3. Experience in Drilling and Completion engineering is a plus.

4. Excellent communication and adaptability skills; strong ability to write technical reports, summarize findings, and present project updates.

5. Good English communication skills; or Intermediate or senior engineering titles are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide timely updates on project completion, operational status, progress, and relevant information, ensuring proper documentation.

2. Address complex issues on-site and perform field operations when necessary.

3. Prepare technical exchange documents and proposals, and conduct independent technical discussions.

4. Understand product market dynamics and competitor landscape; provide constructive suggestions for product improvement.

5. Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
