Job Responsibilities

1. Develop algorithms and processes based on project requirements and functional designs, including code and performance optimization; 

2. Perform secondary development and maintenance of existing ERP systems based on our architecture, addressing any issues encountered during use; 

3. Research, develop, and apply new technologies and products. 

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; 

2. Proficient in Python; experience with the Odoo platform and PostgreSQL database is preferred; 

3. Familiar with Python-based web development technologies; expertise in at least one common framework such as Flask, Django, or Tornado is essential; 

4. Preference will be given to candidates who have delivered projects using these frameworks as lead developers and can independently develop Odoo modules; 

5. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus; 

6. Proficient in Linux systems and tools.Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, computer networks, and operating systems; 

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
