Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for interfacing with product requirements, collecting, organizing, and analyzing them, as well as product design. Draft product requirement documents that are aligned with market needs, logically structured, and technically comprehensible to ensure the product meets target market demands; 

2. Oversee the progress of related product development projects and coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure products are developed and launched successfully; 

3. Manage the product feature backlog and oversee iterations of product features; 

4. Engage in in-depth industry communication, conduct competitive analysis, evaluate launched features, collect feedback, and optimize product performance. 

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Design, Automation, Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in a product role; 

2. Proficient in requirement analysis and competitive product analysis methods; capable of understanding product functional requirements and drafting product requirement documents that are coherent, logically structured, and technically detailed; 

3. Familiar with various product tools and proficient in at least one product prototyping tool such as Axure or MoDao, with the ability to quickly create product prototypes, flowcharts, and conduct product functionality reviews; 

4. Possess excellent self-motivation, communication skills, and learning ability.
